On Your Own oh! 🄳

You can actually afford your extravagant lifestyle if you find ways to earn more dough (legally oooh!!!)

There’s absolutely no sin in loving and purchasing expensive stuff 🄳 – really!

If you can keep your lifestyle expenses (rent/mortgage, love, life, and beyond) to about 50% of your income, and you save/invest the other 50%, if you like – BUY A BUGATTI for just your off days, and a Ferrari for your commute… On Your Own o šŸ¤·šŸ¾ā€ā™€ļø

We will hail you sef, Baba Di Baba šŸ™ŒšŸ¾

Boss man Things šŸ˜†šŸ”„šŸ„

You can’t come and go and kee yourself after all

But folks out here struggling with your little pennies and running after the Gucci

You know you’re backlogged on your rent but uncle, you’ll be going out every weekend and looking for bae – you can’t even pay for your own life brahšŸ¤¦šŸ¾ā€ā™€ļøšŸ˜

Slay mama of life, looking for someone who’s not your father to foot your bills šŸ¤£šŸ¤£šŸ˜‚ – 😐

Mama I made it on top borrow borrow

You have to wear designer o, and spray designer perfume – you know! I ā€˜earned’ it

Yea maybe you did but ermm we all are living one level above poverty… perhaps don’t cut that ā€œone levelā€ gap in half… šŸ‘€šŸŒ

Earn more to spend more šŸ‘šŸ¾

IT’S THAT SIMPLE.

• Baba Di Baba: Big Man

• On Your Own o: Your On Your Own

• Can’t come and go and keep yourself: ā€œYou can’t be perturbedā€

• Borrow Borrow: Borrowing funds

Sound advice. As a member of the older generation, I’d like to add a few words. First, material things are not the measure of our worth, despite what society tells us. We have value and purpose, whatever our income. Second, wants and needs are not the same. It does not require everything money can buy to be happy. Third, God gives us talents and opportunities not simply so that we can achieve our own goals, but so that we can care for those less fortunate. It’s something worth thinking about…especially when we remember He was born in a manger. <3

      ABSOLUTELY SPOT ON!
      Precisely !

If we learn to remember these key things, we will arguably lead better lives – and the world will be a better place!
Thank you so much for your awesome additional nuggets šŸŽ‰šŸŽ‰šŸŽ‰šŸ”„šŸ”„šŸ”„šŸ”„

Totally agree, and I see luxury brands as a poor people tax like lotto tickets. Brand named goods don’t do crap for you although they’re good at making you poor, the only person who gets richer are the rich.

Hahahahahaha some people are of different schools of thought but hey! Live and let live. I do agree though some luxuries do absolutely nothing for you.
The best part is everyone gets to make their ā€œchoicesā€. Choose your evil – Is what I call it.

But I’d still buy them if you can afford it! I’m just saying it because I was in a market where we sold $4-9k to $40k brake systems which is the cost of most people’s cars. So seeing how people acted and being in marketing, I just think you better have your priorities in order, that’s all.

and you are absolutely right !!!!!

Very spot on! Some times it’s a self esteem issue… as if these things kind of makes you a more ā€œsuccessful or accomplishedā€ human. You know ?

Well it’s like you said, if you earn more, you can be more extravagant, but like the good Kanye said, before he went full retard ā€œwe floss cause they degrade us.ā€ It’s all about branding your image and in the US, there’s a lot of racist and prejudicial people.
