Don’t Lose Sleep 🛏💤😴

Okay. Take off your masks & get off your high horses.

Oh yea, we know. You’re not doing it “for the gram” – yea, it’s kinda just how you are.

^You Woke Up Like This^

•Perfect angles for your curves, even though you are botherline battling obesity in real life

~Suck belle, make shirt fine

•Contours on perfect fleek – high cheeks, blush, glitters, click 📷

•That “candid” picture that just so happened to show your jimmy choos

•And not like you were trying so hard to display your shopping bags in the background of that perfect selfie 🤳👌🏾

•Haha your glow is “from within” …of course not from rubbing on some olive or palm oil 🧖🏽‍♀️🧖🏾‍♂️💆🏽‍♀️💆🏼‍♂️

>>>Not like any of this is awful and obnoxious 😭🌝🐸

People are going to act as they like, as they should🤷🏾‍♀️

It’s on you to look past those shallow picture perfect lives 🙅🏾‍♀️

For you to deepen your perspectives & roots

For you to open your mind to much more “than meets the eye”🙇🏾‍♀️

For you to honor the life you’re living

No matter how seemingly unpalatable it may feel, never lose hope

More importantly, never lose sleep over another person’s “picture perfect”

It’s probably all made up anyway 🤷🏾‍♀️

Never let their “achievements” & “successes” fool you into thinking you aren’t half as good

Oh yea, the relationships (Lol! we shan’t go there)

If they’re trying so hard to “prove” a point, they’re probably dealing with a bigger demon/monster 🧟‍♂️

See that your lowkey gentle life?

LIVE IT without apology.

We each have infinite value as children of God. “For you formed my inward parts; you knitted me together in my mother’s womb. I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made” (Ps. 139: 13-14). It’s His opinion of us that matters…not the world’s. <3
